Primary guest must be 25+ yrs old, and must be present for the duration of the stay. No groups of young adults under 25 yrs old. House Rules: No Fireworks No Fires No smoking inside of the home No events, parties, or large gatherings No use of confetti or glitter of any kind Pets: There is a $200 pet fee (max 2 dogs). No other pets are allowed. Dogs must be: - Fully house-trained and pest-free. - Crated while unattended inside home. - On leash at all times when outdoors. - Please pick up and bag all outdoor droppings and place in trash can at end of driveway. Parking: There is parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Water Rules: We provide 8 life jackets in different sizes during water activities. Life jackets are required at all times while on the lake. Guests are not allowed to bring their own boats. No fishing on this property. Guests booking with us acknowledge that the property offers direct lake access without a fence or lifeguard present. Please note this property is not part of the HOA / Emerald Lakes Community and association amenities are not available.
